Dr. Loiselle obtained his primary medical degree (MBChB) from Auckland University. After moving to Australia, he completed Neurology training (FRACP) in 2006 at Royal Prince Alfred and John Hunter Hospitals. Further to this he completed a Fellowship in Stroke at John Hunter Hospital, and a neurophysiology fellowship at the Austin Hospital Melbourne, with neurophysiology accreditation from the Australian and New Zealand Association of Neurologists.
He has extensive experience in all areas of Neurology, with special interests in the areas of Neurophysiology and Stroke, with neurophysiology certification from the Australian and New Zealand Association of neurologist.
Dr Loiselle is a Visiting Medical Officer for the General Neurology and Stroke Services at John Hunter Hospital.
He provides an outreach Neurology service at Werin aboriginal health clinic at Port Macquarie.
Dr Loiselle is a National Examiner for the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, and is heavily involved in teaching and examining particularly of physician trainees.
