Testing Referrals

Dr Loiselle’s Neurophysiology testing clinic is opened and accepting all new referrals please email referrals to refer@20lambtonroad.com.au or fax to 02 8211 5193 please ensure all doctor and patient details are clearly marked on the referral so the patient can be contacted to book an appointment.

Upon booking a Nerve Conduction Study test, a $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
